What We Provide

Plush Vending installs, stocks, and maintains smart vending micromarts at no cost to you. We take care of everything while you receive payment for hosting.

- Full restocking and servicing handled entirely by our team.

- No labor, management, or expenses required from you.

- 24/7 support for any issues or questions.

What We Need From You

To host a Plush Vending unit, your location must meet basic space, access, and connectivity requirements.

- Indoor space (approx. 4ft x 3ft footprint) accessible to customers.

- Standard 110V power outlet.

- Wi-Fi or allow cellular signal for payment and inventory tracking.

- Consistent foot traffic from tenants, employees, members, or students.

Internet & Power Usage

Our units use minimal energy and secure connectivity only for essential operations.

- Power usage comparable to a mini-fridge (~[insert kWh/month]).

- Connectivity used only for live inventory tracking and contactless payments.

Host Payment

We pay you for allowing our micromart in your building. All sales revenue belongs to Plush Vending.

- Flat monthly hosting fee, agreed upon before installation.

- No revenue share — we keep sales profits, you keep the hosting fee.

Liability & Insurance

We carry all necessary coverage to protect both our equipment and your property.

- Plush Vending holds general liability insurance for all units.

- Hosts are not responsible for food, payments, or machine issues.

- We handle all maintenance and customer complaints directly.

Installation & Maintenance

We handle setup and ongoing upkeep at no cost to you.

- No installation fee — we cover all setup expenses.

- Regular cleaning, restocking, and technical upkeep handled by Plush Vending.

- Prompt removal of equipment if requested, with 30 days' notice.

Promotion & Branding

We may highlight our partnership to promote healthy convenience in your building.

- Listing your location as a micromart site on our website or marketing.

- Using non-sensitive photos of the unit in your space for promotional purposes.

- You may opt out of public listings at any time.

Termination

Partnerships are flexible, with straightforward exit terms if needed.

- Either party may end the partnership with 30 days' written notice.

- We will remove the unit and restore the space to its original condition.
